Story

"I realized I was a monster when I was six. Nobody would come near me or be my friend 'cause they were scared of me. 'What did I do to deserve this?' I'd often ask myself. I'd sit in front of the TV and watch musical stars all day long 'cause I had nothing to do. Until, one day, I realized... 'This is it!' How people would love me if I were up on that brilliant stage! I'm a pretty good dancer, too. I won't let anyone stop me!"
Felicia's dreams of becoming a musical star has finally come true. She is satisfied with her new life where she is able to sing, dance, and spend time in front of an affectionate audience. However, she is still unable to forget all the lonely people in the world since she used to be just like them. "How can we all be happy?" One day, her nine souls were summoned to the Devil dimension by some powerful being's force. Felicia is totally disoriented at first but then realizes what she must do. She remembers what her mother had told her about selecting the way to happiness on her own.

Begin with a Jumping angled WK, Air Chain into a SP, Combo into a Crouching MP, 2 in 1 into an ES Rolling Buckler, On the Eighth Hit Hit any P, When opponent is down, and you are next to that opponent, Perform ES Low Nail.

Begin with a Jumping angled WK, Air Chain into a SK, Combo into a crouching WK, 2 in 1 into an EX Dancing Flash, When opponent is down, and you are next to that opponent, Perform ES Low Nail.

Strategy

Felicia is just as quick and subtly dangerous as ever. Although she has lost the ability to use her cat scratch, she has gained a new come-inside type move called the Cat Spike; which effectively extends her attacking reach. Other than this asset, she has blistering speed, a very useful dash, and a great, high priority EX special (the Dancing Flash). Her weakness are a lack of a projectile move, a need to fight at close range, and awkwardness in some of her moves.
Felicia's chain combos are very important and should be mastered as soon as you begin playing her (In addition to coming to grips with her quick in and out possibilities). Being able to change the heights os successive chain attacks is another skill important to the playing of Felicia (to maximize the reach potential of the combos). The beginner combos in her Combo Section should be practiced and worked into your play so that you can perform them without thought. In addition to these combos another useful one is the standing MK, SP, SK chain (or the standing WK, MK, chain); which is good to pick at your opponent with since it has good reach and speed. It also keeps your prey looking low and fearful of opening up his or her block.
Jump attacking is the next step for aspiring feline fighters. Jumping SP hits well, and doubles as an air throw if your target attempts to leap at you at the same time. Also, you should Air Guard as soon as you leave the ground, and if you block an opponents air attack hit him or her with a SP as you recoil. If you can harass your opponent with enough walk-up Crouching SKs, Chains, and Dash attacks, he or she will jump in (since he or she is waiting for a ground attack). At these times perform a deep SK, SP, or an Air Chain into a ground chain combo (if the air attacks connect-don't do the combo if he or she blocks or you will be Guard Cancelled), Delta Kick (for a counter attack, or just block, but ready to guard cancell your opponent), Throw (if he or she blocks, use forward+SP so that if you miss, a strong attack still comes out), or dash attack (to show him or her a new look that he or she may respond badly to). Choose a follow up that will best take advantage of your opponents current mental state (predict this by using your past experience against similar foes).
After your purring pounces are pictures of pristine perfection, you move on to one of the last roads towards Felicia's mastery: Dash and WP Cat Spike use. Felicia's dash is a very fast leap; this coupled with an attack as you descend create an extremely formidable attack that tests the reactions of all who are subjected to it. And, the WP Cat Spike is a very quick and safe to use as long as you don't finish too close to your target; follow this quickly with an attack. Some attack choices are: WK or MK (chain combos follow these easily), SP (quick hitting speed and priority), and SK (best range). After you land change up what you do afterwards with: the follow-ups available after a jump attack: one or ducking WKs (then a Cat Spike, Dash Attack, Dash behind, Crouching SK, Walk up throw, Cross-up jump MK into a chain combo, etc), or a Standing MP two in one into a MP Cat Spike (repeat this combo until you feel it is time to change up). Many more paterns can be used, so feel fancy free to create your own.
Against air attacks you have these counters at your diaposal: Air Throw, Delta Kick (not usually a good choice), a quick rolling Buclker (for the more skilled kitties), Dash forward (under the would be annoyance for a back attack), Standing MK, and Ducking SP (if you hit with this immediately follow with a dash attack timed to hit your opponent as he lands).
Her Dancing Flash EX is a great counter move and can be used any time your opponent cannot block (this applies to many situcations since this move is so fast and long ranging); is about to land from a jump; or wants to attack. The Please Help Me can also counter since you recover faster than your opponent if you trade hits with it.

So, remember. The Rolling Bucler can make projectiles a great source of combo madness, if your reactions are good and predictions are accurate. A solid and safe anti air attack if her crouching WK... another, for close jumpers, is Felicia's Crouching SP.
